G20 and Indian Youth

"We cannot always build the future for our youth,

But we can build our youth for the future."

- Franklin D. Roosevelt

The Youth of today is powerful and knowledgeable, and holds the potential to bring about the much-needed changes the world is in desperate need of.

India, being a developing country, is in the race to achieve good quality of life, better educational and medical facilities along with modern technological infrastructure. Youth in our country are facing some issues that needs to be addressed.

1. Education System:

· Students study for good marks and not for the knowledge which is the main motive behind providing education.

· During lockdown, students have failed to memorize concepts, thus resulting into lack of imagination and grasping power among students.

2. Unemployment:

· Students are jobless even after completing education from reputed Universities and Institutions.

· The reason behind this is lack of vacancies and practical knowledge among students.

"Be the change you want to see."

- Mahatma Gandhi

Students should be provided proper training sessions on improving soft skills. "Right Person at the Right Job" will make the management work in a smoother way. It’ll also empower the youth and decrease the rate of unemployment.

Youth is a light marred by clouds of endless problems, but with innovation, it’ll outshine them eventually!
