G20 and Forum of Free Enterprise

India assumed the Presidency of G20 on December 01, 2022.

The Indian Government is graciously welcoming the views and voices of different demographic groups to shape the agenda of the G20 dialogue.

The Forum of Free Enterprise sees this as an opportunity to enrich the G20 discussions with insightful views from the nation’s student fraternity. FFE is therefore collaborating with institutions to organize a series of initiatives wherein youth will be provided with a host of opportunities to share well-researched views on a range of issues relevant to the G20.

The Forum of Free Enterprise is creating a blog space on its website for students to share their views on different dimensions of G20. The blogs, not exceeding 300 words, will be reviewed before being posted on FFE’s website. Students must share their blogs at: forumfe1956@gmail.com with a small photograph and their LinkedIn and other social media handles if any.

Elocution contest

An elocution competition for students in the age group 16-18 years from schools and junior colleges located in the Nashik region of Maharashtra will be organized from July-August 2023 on topics relevant to the G20.

Essay contest

An All-India Essay Competition for students in the age group of 16-18 years will be organized from May-August 2023. Students will have to share their well-researched essays on topics identified by organizers relevant to discussions at the G20. The compilation of the 20 best essays will be published in the form of a book and will be handed over to the Hon. Prime Minister of India and the G-20 Secretariat.

Students Parliament

A national parliament involving the participation of students in the age group of 16-18 years will be organized virtually in the months of September-October 2023 to discuss and debate key G20 issues. The resolutions passed in this Students Parliament will be shared with the G20 Secretariat.
